I got the falafel pita, and it was great! Also a great price for the size. Other reviews mentioned a lack of good customer service, and I can see why, as the men working there were serious and to the point, but that didn't bother me.

The food was absolutely terrible. The fries were mediocre, however, my friends chicken shawarma had absolutely no sauce.....drier than the sahara dessert.....the meat was atrocious. Absolutely waste of an animals life.....do better. But the people were really nice, great customer service!

They got my order wrong, three times. Horrible customer service and blamed me for their incompetence. I was really craving a bagel from Einstein, but they're closed for the summer so I decided on AlBasha. I ordered my usual, steak with no veggies. I reiterate to the guy taking my order that I only want meat, cheese, mayo and lettuce. Further, I state, no tomatoes, onion, green peppers, pickles.
Food comes out, steak with onion, pepper and lettuce. I tell them they got the order wrong. The guy asks me what I order and I repeat my order. He tells me that I should have told the guy I didn't watch veggies. I did. Food comes out again. Literally the exact same sub as before minus the lettuce.
This time, I'm blamed for not ordering the right thing. I was supposed to order a Philly steak because they already mix the other steak. I didn't want a Philly steak but I'll take it since they can't figure anything else out. I've been there multiple times before and was able to get regular steak without any veggies.

Have tried ordering on DoorDash several times and 15-20 minutes later they cancel your order saying they're closed when their business hours say other wise. Maybe should update business hours or not accept DoorDash orders if too busy to fulfill.

Waited 20 minutes for just a sub and people that came after me got their food before me....lemme know how that make a shred a sense
